Simplified Training Module for Small Businesses: AODA Standards, Ontario Human Rights Code, and Inclusive Workplace Practices

Module Title: Building an Inclusive and Accessible Workplace

Objective: Ensure all employees, contractors, and leadership understand the essential AODA requirements, Ontario Human Rights Code, and basic inclusive workplace practices.

  • Simple examples of legal compliance.

C. Inclusive Workplace Practices

4. Delivery Strategy
