Visual Identity

There are some things no architect can build, such as heritage. Luckily, our task was to build a visual identity, a microsite and all the marketing collateral for the redevelopment of 7 Austin Terrace, a historically significant property designated by the Ontario Heritage Act. The development offered a once-in-a-century opportunity to live in more than just a prestigious address, but also a piece of history. And gave us a chance to make our mark with a landmark.
