Rebranding redefines Woodbine entertainment

Woodbine Entertainment Group (WEG) faced a branding challenge to create a site brand, name, and market positioning for Toronto's largest privately-owned land parcel. The 684-acre site will shift from a horse-racing and gaming venue to a vibrant mixed-use community. Cundari held a workshop with stakeholders, incorporating insights from brand audits and interviews to shape a new brand strategy. The name ‘Woodbine Districts’ reflects diverse offerings while honoring the location. The identity emphasizes ‘an exhibition of community,’ promoting participation and accessibility. A phased strategy for electronic and printed marketing materials was also developed bu Cundari to share project details.
